Dispatch and Shipping
At Love the Style Hair Extensions, we understand the excitement of receiving your order and we strive to make the shipping process as smooth and efficient as possible.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed before 3pm AEDT will ship same day
Shipping Methods:
We want you to receive your precious cargo as quickly as possible and we provide free standard shipping Australia wide. If you need your extensions in a hurry, you can choose Express shipping for an additional charge.
Shipping Rates:
Standard delivery is free Australia wide. Express delivery is available for an additional charge.
Fees apply for international orders. Please check at the checkout as the price will vary depending on your location.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order's progress through the carrier's websit
Express shipping in Australia
We use Australia Post for all of our Express deliveries across Australia.
All NSW, QLD and VIC customers can expect to receive their order within 1-2 business days.
Customers in SA, WA, TAS, NT and Canberra can expect to receive their order within 1-3 business days.
International Shipping times
We welcome international customers! We use DHL express which normally takes up to 7 days from dispatch but can take up to 10. On average, deliveries to the USA and mainland Europe will take 4 business days.
Returns, refunds and exchanges
Return policy
We have a 150-day return policy, which means you have 150 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Any miss treatment based on our care guidelines mean you may not be eligible for a refund.
We offer free exchanges if you would like to change the shade, length or type of hair extension.
How to start a return or exchange

Please include your order number in your email.
You will be requested to send photos of the item you would like to return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
What to include in your return
Put the product in its original box, clearly untouched, unworn and odor-free, with the protective seals intact - all hair that has been used can't be exchanged.
The sample weft provided is packed separately to give you a better look at the shade, length, and texture without opening the full set. Please do not wear it, wash it, dye it or use it in any way unless you are certain you want to keep the extensions. The sample must be included in the package when you return the extensions!
Getting your refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
