How to Return or exchange?

We aim to ensure you are entirely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please follow our return policy:

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 150 days of the purchase date. Hair extensions must be in their original condition and unopened. We cannot accept returns for products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. We may ask for some images of your extensions before we authorise your return.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at hi@lovethestyleextensions.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and a label.
2. Package the Item: Carefully package the product in its original packaging along with the RA number. Include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package is returned safely.
4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Thank you for choosing Love The Style Hair Extensions! To ensure the longevity and beauty of your new extensions, it’s essential to follow these aftercare instructions carefully. Proper maintenance will help you enjoy fuller, longer hair for a more extended period.

 Washing and Conditioning

1. Frequency: Really depends on the frequency of use in our DIY extensions, we recommend every 15 - 20 uses.
2. Products: Use a sulfate-free and paraben-free shampoo and conditioner. These products are gentler on the hair and will prevent drying out your extensions.
3. Washing Technique: Before washing, gently brush through the hair to remove any tangles.
4. Wet the hair with lukewarm water.
5. Apply a small amount of shampoo, working it through the hair in a downward motion to avoid tangling.
6. Rinse thoroughly and follow with conditioner, focusing on the mid-lengths to ends.
7. Rinse thoroughly again, ensuring no product residue is left.

Drying

1. Towel Drying: Pat your hair dry with a soft towel. Avoid rubbing, as this can cause tangling and breakage.
2. Air Drying: Whenever possible, let your hair extensions air dry. This method is the gentlest and helps maintain the integrity of the hair.
3. Blow Drying: If you need to use a blow dryer, use a heat protectant spray and set the dryer to a low heat setting. Direct the airflow downward to minimise friss.

Styling

1. Brushing: Use a wide-tooth comb or a special extension brush to detangle your hair. Start from the tips and work your way up to the roots.
2. Heat Styling: Limit the use of heated styling tools. If you must use them, always apply a heat protectant spray. Opt for low to medium heat settings to prevent damage.
3. Products: Avoid using products with alcohol or high sulfate content, as these can dry out the extensions. Instead, opt for products designed for colour-treated or dry hair, which are typically more moisturising.
