Shipping Policy

At Love the Style Hair Extensions, we understand the excitement of receiving your order and we strive to make the shipping process as smooth and efficient as possible. 

Processing Time:
Orders are  processed within 1 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed before 3pm AEDT will ship same day

Shipping Methods:
We want you to receive your precious cargo as quickly as possible and ONLY ship express both domestically and internationally for free. 

Shipping Rates:
Standard Shipping is on us... We want you to spend your money on your hair and not on shipping. 

We charge $9.95 for Express Shipping

Domestic Shipping (Australia):
We use Austrailia post express which takes a upto 4 days post dispatch, Our Express option is a 2 day service

International Shipping:
We welcome international customers! We use DHL express which normally takes up to 7 days from dispatch but averages 4 days into the USA and mainland Europe. 

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order's progress through the carrier's website.

Shipping Delays:
While we strive to deliver your order promptly, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays, or other external factors may cause shipping delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address:
It's important to provide accurate shipping information during checkout. Loe the Style is not responsible for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your address before confirming your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Love the Style Hair Extensions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier marks the package as delivered, the responsibility transfers to the customer. Please ensure that the delivery location is secure.
