Order before 3pm AEDT and it ships today. We process within 1 business day — but most orders placed before the cutoff are out the door the same afternoon.
Not sure on shade? Please chat with us before you order. We offer a free colour match service and our team genuinely loves helping get it right. It only takes a few minutes and saves a lot of back and forth.
You're welcome to unpack your extensions, have a good feel, and try them against your hair for shade. Just please don't wear them. Extensions that have been put in, worn, washed, or styled can't be returned — so if there's any doubt on colour, chat with us first and we'll get it right.
Wrong shade after all? No stress. We offer free shade exchanges — as soon as your return is on the way, we'll dispatch the replacement immediately. You won't be left waiting.
Starting a return is easy. Email or live chat us first — items sent back without prior approval won't be accepted. Once approved, we'll send a return label and sort everything from there.

While we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays, or other external factors can occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your understanding — and if something goes wrong, please reach out and we'll do everything we can to help.

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. Love The Style is not responsible for orders dispatched to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. Love The Style Hair Extensions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages post-delivery. Returns & Exchanges

150-day return policy. You have 150 days from receiving your order to request a return — one of the longest windows in the industry. We stand behind our product.
We want you to love your extensions — and we're here to help you get it right before you buy. You're welcome to unpack your extensions, have a good feel, and try them against your hair for shade. Just please don't wear them. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached, in original packaging with protective seals intact. Extensions that have been put in, worn, washed, or styled cannot be returned.
How to return

Contact us first
Email hi@lovethestyleextensions.com to start your return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Send photos
You'll be asked to send photos of the item you'd like to return so our team can assess the condition.

We send a return label
Once approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

Refund or exchange
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Or if you'd prefer a shade exchange — we'll dispatch it immediately so you're not waiting.
Free shade exchange. If the colour isn't right, we'll swap it for free. As soon as your return is on the way, we'll dispatch your new shade immediately — no waiting for the return to arrive first.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hi@lovethestyleextensions.com so we can assess and make it right as quickly as possible.

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must be in the same condition received — unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging. Proof of purchase required.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hi@lovethestyleextensions.com.
